Please list and describe three concepts that you learned in this class. Include how you think knowing these things will help you in the future.
I learned a lot about photography in this course that I feel like I have become better at photography. I enjoy learning about the camera and how to manipulate the settings. I tried learning about camera settings by myself, but i successfully learned it in this class, such as how to control for exposure compensation and what the apeture, shutter speed and iso do.
As a graphic designer, learning to “look” is important in improving my design skills. I learned about different views such as eye level, birds eye and different angles such as oblique, 3pt perspective and centered.
I enjoyed learning how to paint with light and the basics of portrait. I feel like I have a greater understanding of why and how photographers do portraits.
