My name is Calvin Wang, and I am currently a student at The New York City College of Technology and I am currently majoring in Communication Design. I choose this major because I took a liking in advertising when I was studying in Kingsborough Community College and graduated with an associates degree in Business Administration. I took an advertising class in Kingsborough and I got interested in advertising and I wanted to study more about advertisement and the meanings behind them. The concept of art and media used in advertisement and the tricks they use to get people to buy their products. Since I like to draw ever since I was a kid, I have decided that it might be a good combo for me to use my drawing skills and interest in advertising for Communication Design.
